As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby create and establish the billet of RMMC Liaison/Instructor to Saganami Island.<br><br><br />
The responsibilities of this billet shall be, but are not limited to:<br><br><br />
1) Creating and administering RMMC centric exams at the Saganami Island Academy.<br><br><br />
2) Assist the Saganami Island Academy in setting up any Marine centric courses of study directed at members of the RMN.<br><br><br />
This billet is considered detached duty and as such this billet reports directly to BuTrain and follows BuTain's internal policies and procedures. However, the Commandant, RMMC must be sent courtesy copies of all reports sent to BuTrain regarding the operation of the billet. The Commandant, RMMC must also approve of any and all course material created before said material is passed onto BuTrain, and any additional tasks BuTrain may assign must also be approved by the Commandant, RMMC. This billet shall have a minimum rank of Colonel. The individual placed in this billet will be brevetted to the rank of Colonel if they do not hold that rank prior to their assignment.<br><br><br />
