* Determine and implement the vision for the chapter.&lt;br /&gt;
* Set the Chapter agenda for the calendar year.&lt;br /&gt;
* Serve as the voice of crew to Fleet/Service Command.&lt;br /&gt;
* Ensure timely promotions for the crew.&lt;br /&gt;
* Submit awards for crewmembers throughout the calendar year for achievements.&lt;br /&gt;
* Organize, schedule, and participate in chapter meetings.&lt;br /&gt;
* Recruit new members and grow the chapter.&lt;br /&gt;
* Delegate responsibilities as duties become too heavy.&lt;br /&gt;
* Mentor subordinates to promote, and ultimately start new commands. Grow the Fleet/Service.&lt;br /&gt;
* Submit bi-monthly reports to Fleet Commander and Bureau of Ships (BuShips) on activities, promotion, awards, training, and additional information as necessary via TRMN Medusa.&lt;br /&gt;
* Adhere to the TRMN Code of Conduct.&lt;br /&gt;
