	Membership in the Dr. Morgiana Halley Honor Society is offered to those of the Grand Alliance who have completed all of the RMMM rank courses (RMMM-0001 through RMMM-1004) and all of the GPU Advanced Leadership Courses (GPU-ALC-0009 through GPU-ALC-1112). The society is named in honor of Dr. Morgiana Halley, a maritime ethnographer and folklorist who earned her Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield for her work on World War II merchant marine convoys. 	MARDET Gibraltar is an honorary membership to recognize those TRMN members who have completed all available RMMCTC courses. The MARDET is entirely honorary and does not otherwise grant rank or billet in the RMMC. There will be two levels to this Membership. The Basic membership will be granted when a TRMN member completes all Enlisted, Warrant, Officer, Staff, General Officer and technical courses offered by the RMMC Academy.
