You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Vixen|DD-174|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of [[Commanding Officer]], relieving [[Commander]] Lisa Wiedemann, [[QCB]], [[GCE]], [[KR]], [[SC]], [[DGC]], [[OG]], First Baron [[Foxglove]], in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.<br />
