Attention to Orders:

Effective as of 0001 Hours on 21 July 2020, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of {{hms|Avalon|CL-395|hcn}}. This is the lead Avalon class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the [[Third Fleet]] AOR (Winston Salem, NC).

The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to {{hms|Avalon|CL-395|hcn}}:
