You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Ajax|BC-545|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving [[Captain (SG)]] Jackie Snedden, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.<br />

The following personnel are assigned to your command, {{hms|Ajax|BC-545|hcn}} in the defined capacities:<br />
* [[S1C]] Thomas Hathaway IV, RMN (RMN-5373-18), is assigned as Executive Officer. S1C Hathaway is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.<br />
* [[PO2]] Patrick Houseman, RMN (RMN-2857-15), is assigned as Bosun. PO2 is hereby breveted to the rank of [[CHIEF PETTY OFFICER]], RMN.<br />
