Ladies and Gentlemen of the Grand Alliance, and various civilian programs,

For their efforts at LionCon in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, and providing a consistent and inclusive event for gaming, HMS ''Merlin''is Hereby Awarded the [[Royal Unit Citation for Gallantry]]. Crew from the ''Merlin'' provided nearly Half the volunteer corps at LionCon, as well as consistently attended convention meetings, providing a valuable resource to the convention. In addition to that, they held organized game tournaments, and held a successful charity drive collecting games of various sorts for veterans.

LionCon has steadily been growing over the years as a result of these efforts, and is a unique convention in the St. Cloud area. Additionally, the collection of games for veterans is a great service to some who unfortunately are sometimes forgotten.
