Effective 0001 on 14 August 2017, HMLAC ''Echidna'' (LAC-019) is to immediately stand down all present assignments and/or missions, and subsequently ordered to return to {{hms|Cerberus|CLAC-42|hcn}} for her decommissioning and crew transfer.<br />
<br />
Upon arrival, you and your crew shall make HMLAC Echidna ready in all respects for decommissioning; strike eight bells, haul down the colors, and secure the watch.<br />
<br />
You are further ordered to relinquish command of LAC-019 to the [[Bureau of Ships]] in the person of [[CAPTJG]] [[Sir]] Justin Dupras, who shall hold temporary command for the duration of her transfer to Manticore for processing and inspection.<br />
