Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 12, 2016, it is my duty to announce a Change of Command for [[RHNS Seljuk (SD-903)|HMS ''Seljuk'' (SD-903)]]<ref>Should be RHNS, not HMS</ref>, under the command of [[Captain, junior grade]] Garrett Littrell ([[RHN]]). This is a [[Haven-class|Haven Class]] [[Superdreadnought]] and is assigned to the [[Tenth Fleet]], based in Kittitas, WA.<br />

As of this date, the new Executive Officer is:<br />
