It decommissions &#039;&#039;&#039;{{hms|Windsong|DD-119|hcn}}&#039;&#039;&#039;. <br /> ==Order Text==<br /> <br /> My fellow Manticorans,<br /> <br /> Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 4, 2014, it is my sad duty to announce the decommissioning of HMS Windsong, DD-119, under the command of [[Lt. Commander]] Laura Gallagher.
