It decommissions &#039;&#039;&#039;{{hms|Manticore|SD-200|hcn}}&#039;&#039;&#039;. <br /> ==Order Text==<br /> <br /> My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,<br /> <br /> Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 16, 2014, it is my sad duty to inform you that HMS Manticore (SD-200), formerly of the [[First Fleet]], is decommissioned and officially stricken from the rolls of active duty vessels in the RMN. <br /> <br /> Her crew is hereby returned to HMSS Greenwich for potential reassignment.
