My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 31, 2011, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the {{gns|Albion|DD-42}}, DD-42. This is a Grayson destroyer under the Command of [[Lieutenant Commander]] Martyn Griffiths and is assigned to the [[Grayson Space Navy]].

The Executive Officer of this Ship is Lieutenant (s.g.) Ian Tregale

The CPO for this Ship is Chief Petty Officer Chris Bates

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted to the indicated ranks below:

*Martyn Griffiths to Lieutenant Commander (GSN)
