Please be advised that any and all officers or enlisted intending to take advantage of the audience at HonorCon to commission their vessel, whether previously commissioned or otherwise, should make arrangements to do so with the Bureau of Ships no later than three (3) weeks prior to the beginning of HonorCon this year, which is 6 October 2017.

Due to the annual workload to prepare for HonorCon, any vessels reaching out past this date and wishing to have their vessel commissioned at that event cannot be accommodated.
