Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is my duty to inform you that [[Captain (JG)]] Jane Moody has resigned her position as Intelligence Officer for the [[Bureau of Planning]]. We thank her for her service and wish her luck in her future endeavors. In her last report to BuPlan, special mention was made “to Yeoman Teresa ‘Janice’ Cox, as the Yeoman for OICSIO, she has displayed amazing amounts of flexibility and temperance, and a miraculous ability to do the improbable on short notice. Thank you, Yeoman Cox.”

Effective immediately, Teresa Cox will assume the position of Intelligence Officer for the Bureau of Planning with all the rights and responsibilities associated with that role. She is also hereby promoted to the rank of [[Chief Petty Officer]] commensurate with that position.

It is also my pleasure to announce that [[Spacer 2nd Class]] Robert Dills is billeted to the position of Graphic Art Specialist for the [[Bureau of Planning]], Division of Marketing, Branding and Art and promoted to the rank of [[Petty Officer 3rd Class]] commensurate with that position.

Finally, it is my privilege to announce that [[Admiral]] Robert Bulkeley, Jr. has been promoted to the billet of Lead Graphic Designer for the [[Bureau of Planning]], Division of Marketing, Branding and Art.

Congratulations to each of you and thank you for your service to the [[Bureau of Planning]] and TRMN.
