As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Honorable Order of King Roger, I hereby induct the Viscount New Arkhangelsk, Admiral Scott Akers as Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Companion, effective 22-SEP-10 as a reward for his tireless work with both Saganami Island Academy and behind the scenes in providing advice and guidance.

Also, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Honorable Order of King Roger, I hereby induct the Viscount New Ulyanovsk, Admiral Sean Niemeyer as Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Companion, effective 22-SEP-10 as a reward for his work with fixing up errors in the website and for the back-end work he has done which has gone by without public notice.

Also, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Honorable Order of King Roger, I hereby induct the Duke New Scania, Admiral of the Fleet Martin Lessem as Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Companion, effective 22-SEP-10. The reason for this award is known to only a few members of the RMN Command Staff, and for now will remain as classified. Once it can be revealed to the membership at large, it will be.

These Officers are now afforded the honours and privileges associated with their above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KCR and the privilege of being addressed as “Sir”.
