The following personnel represented the Royal Manticoran Navy by participating in BattleTech Mission Operations with the the 331st Royal BattleMech Division (Fallout Shelter Arcade) during Anime Detour, 22-24 April 2016, wearing Manticoran berets and insignia on their 331st uniforms.
- Colonel Sonja Wolf, RMMC
- Midshipman Raven Wolf, RMN
Effective 25 April, 2016 they are hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL. (Colonel Wolf is authorized to wear the POW ribbon with cluster, this being his second award of the medal).
