Bootsman Riley,

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard IANS Scharnhorst (SD-227), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Bosun, relieving Stabbootsman Steven Smith, IAN, in service to the Emperor. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of E-9 Stabbootsmann, IAN.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Stabbootsmann Smith for their service as Bosun of IANS Scharnhorst (SD-227), and wish them all success in their future endeavors.

The above directive is effective on this date, 11 March 2025.
