My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 8, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMLAC Highlander's Pride, LAC-005. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant, j.g. Jackie Snedden, assigned as XO
• CPO Brad Handley, assigned as Bosun

The CO and other crew of HMLAC Highlander's Pride remain unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Jackie Snedden to the rank of Lieutenant, Junior Grade
• Brad Handley to the rank of Chief Petty Officer
