My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 24, 2012, it is my duty to announce a leadership change for HMS Kodiak Max, CA-413. Due to health issues, Commander Keith Dague has had to step down as XO. Therefore, upon the advice of the CO, I hereby appoint Dave Sutheimer as the new XO and grant a brevet promotion to Commander.
