RE: Awarding of the Navy/Marine Achievement Medal (BuComm Directive 2205-01)

Currently there is a national baby formula shortage. Texas has been especially affected. When one of our members in Texas reached out on Facebook for assistance from family and friends in securing formula for their newborn, RADM Lori Bonilla not only secured a supply of formula, but drove to meet our member and deliver it. For her caring and support of our members, Rear Admiral of the Red Lori Bonilla is hereby awarded the Navy/Marine Achievement Medal.
