Based on a report and recommendation by the CO of HMS Gallant, Commodore Matthew Miller is hereby awarded the NAVY/MARINE COMMENDATION DECORATION. The Commodore organized the chapter's annual open house picnic, and did the majority of the cooking as well. As a result of his efforts, ten attendees (including some prospective new recruits) came away well fed. The Commodore's skill and hospitality was appreciated by all hands. Well done!
