As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, I hereby appoint Lt. Desiree Arceneaux , to the position of Executive Officer of the GNSS Katherine Mayhew. Additionally, you will be brevetted to the rank of Captain upon assumption of your position as of 09-24-14.
