In The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN), a Passenger Liner is a Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine ship chapter. The minimum crew size is 15, of which 4 must be officers. One officer must hold a license as Master and the second hold a license as Chief Engineer. This size chapter also must have a Certified Bosun. A Passenger Liner can have a maximum crew of 1,000 and can carry 3,000 passengers. This chapter may also have four Inter-System Shuttles associated with it.
