As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sir Mathew W. Parker, RA/RMN (RMN 0574-14), to the Position of Foreign Minister in the Office of the Home Secretary.
Minister Parker, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Foreign Minister. Your duties as Foreign Minister will be to monitor and advise the Diplomatic Corps (The Administration/Diplomatic Service) of the Civilian Corps.
