As of the date of this order, Commodore Wayne Bruns, is appointed to the position of Home Under Secretary. Secretary Bruns you are hereby ordered to report to the Office of the Home Secretary, Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, where you will assume your Office. You are also transferred to the Civilian Department Admiralty House
