Naval Directive 15NO-02 was issued 06 November 2015 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This order establishes Escort Division 6 within Third Fleet under the command of Captain Philip Clayton, GSN.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the Organization of the Escort Division 6 (CortDiv 06), under the command of Captain Philip Clayton (GSN) to consist of:
- HMS Duke of Cromarty (QY-04) - Captain Philip Clayton, GSN, Salem, SC (Flagship)
- HMS Saladin (DD-515) - Captain (JG) Angela Clayton, Salem, SC
- HMS Reuben James (DD-570) - Lt Commander Greg Barnette, Pendleton, SC
You are primarily tasked with the safety and well being of the Prime Minister of her Majesty's Star Kingdom and her Imperial Highness' Star Empire. In addition I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Third Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 06-Nov-2015.
