This Naval Directive was RESCINDED by Naval Directive 12AU-01

Naval Directive 11FB-05 was issued 9 Mar 2011 under the authority of the First Space Lord. It appoints the commanding officer of Sixth Fleet.

To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy
From: Fleet Admiral of the Red, Lord Sir Scott Akers, KCR, First Space Lord, Earl, New Arkhangelsk
Re: Appointment of Sixth Fleet Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 11FB-05)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Rear Admiral of the Red (Brevet) Michael Malotte to the position of Commanding Officer of the Home Fleet and the First Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 28-FEB-11.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
