Mountain View is a peerage land awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy for long and dedicated service to the organization. Mountain View was created as a peerage land on 27 May 2017 when it was awarded to Earl New Essex Robert Bulkeley at MantiCon 2017. The award was for service as the longest serving Fourth Space Lord up to that time and the changes he had made in the bureau.
