The Fourth Fleet comprises of the entirety of the Grayson Space Navy and is one of the numbered fleets within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. Commanded by HADM Lord Sir Tom Saidak, KDE, DSO, Steadholder Henesy, this fleet has no set area of operations, as its nature as (mostly) correspondence chapters mean that its members can be located anywhere in the world.
