==History==
''Gideon's Sword'' was commissioned on 10 February 2018 under the command of then-[[LTSG]] Anne Zecca. The Gideon's Sword was assigned to patrol the East Coast of the United States. The ship was a frequent attendee of [[Manticon]] and  [[Honorcon]] as well as conventions local to its patrol area. 

The ''Gideon's Sword'' had the {{gns|Glory|CLAC-09}} (CLAC-09) as its parent ship. It formed part of the [[9th LAC Wing]].

The ''Gideon's Sword'' was decommissioned on the 30 September 2020.
