David Mark Weber (born October 24, 1952) is an American science fiction and fantasy author. He is the creator of the Honor Harrington series of novels and stories, upon which is based the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.(TRMN).

TRMN

Within TRMN, David Weber is honored as the Prime Minister of the Star Kingdom of Manticore and has been created Grand Duke of New Montana. He is the premier companion of the Most Noble Order of the Star Kingdom as well as Knight Grand Cross of the Most Honorable Order of King Roger and the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth.
