Corps Directive 03-1610 was issued 7 January 2017 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps. This directive defines the RMMC policy on permanent ranks.

To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps
From: Marshal of the Corps Sean Niemeyer, Commandant of the RMMC
Re: Applicants for Staff Communications Officer, Office of the Commandant RMMC (Corps Directive 03-1610)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby call upon the members of the RMMC and the RMN who wish to participate in the RMMC to step forward and apply for the following billet:
1) Staff Communications Officer, Office of the Commandant RMMC For information regarding the above position please see Corps Directive 02-1401.
All applicants must be a member of the Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. in good standing. Letters of interest must be received by me at dant@rmmc.trmn.org for the above position by November 1, 2016. In the letters of interest please indicate which positions if any are currently held within the RMN, RMMC, and other fan associations. The appointment will be made on or about November 15, 2016.
The above effective 02-OCT-16.
