BuShips Directive 1706-04 was issued 18 June 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes the command of HMS Ajax.

Dame Jackie:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS TITAN (SD-160) in the defined capacities:
- LTSG Gordon Klein-Lebbink, RMN (RMN-1118-12) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER. For this appointment, he is brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
- PO2 Cory Snedden, RMN (RMN-1730-13) is hereby appointed as BOSUN. For this appointment, he is brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 18 June 2017.
