Re:	The Award of the Manticoran Combat Action Medal, for Academic Achievement in the number of Exams successfully completed (BuTrain Order 040-16)

The Ribbon is awarded for the successful completion of the requirements for either the Enlisted or Officers Space Warfare Pin, plus additional courses totaling a minimum of 40 exams successfully completed. A Star attachment to the ribbon is awarded for each additional 35 exams completed successfully
