BuTrain Order 019-22 was issued on 4 February 2022 by the Commandant of the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy. This order announced the opening of IMNA TSC Coxswain School.

As of the date of this order, I declare the opening of the IMNA TSC's Coxswain school to all interested students.
