Appointment of the Commandant of the SIA Naval College (BuTrain Order 018-16)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Captain Sir Ed Wandall, KCE, CBM, (RMN-0592-12) is appointed to the position of Commandant of the SIA Naval College and is promoted to the rank of Commodore (F-1).
Commodore Wandall, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the SIA Naval College to assume Command as Commandant of said College and to oversee the RMN Enlisted Training Center
and the RMN Officer Training Center, which together make up this College.
