BuShips Directive 2310-03 was issued on 25 October 2023 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Deputy Head of Posting to the Consulate General Rigel.

Special Envoy Needham:
You are hereby directed to proceed aboard Consulate General Rigel, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Deputy Head of Posting, relieving Senior Embassy Attaché Dame Karolyn Morgan, KGL, CIVIL, in service to the Crown.
The above directive is effective on this date, 25 October 2023.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Dame Karolyn for her service as Deputy Head of Posting of Consulate General Rigel and wish her all success in her future endeavors.
