BuShips Directive 2008-03 was issued on 11 August 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints the Commanding Officer to Construction and Refit Command.

Ladies and Gentleman of the Grand Alliance,

It is my pleasure and privilege to announce the appointment of Commanding Officer, Construction and Refit Command, effective as of 0001 Hours on Saturday, August 1st.

Commodore Sir Justin Dupras, you are hereby ordered to report to the Office of the Third Space Lord, whereupon you shall assume the duties of Commanding Officer, Construction and Refit Command, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role.
