BuShips Directive 2006-06 was issued on 14 June 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Executive Officer for HMS Broadsword (CA-47).

Re: Appointment of Command Staff, HMS Broadsword (CA-47) (BuShips Directive 2006-06)

CC: CAPT(JG) Rose Collins, CBM, RMN Commanding Officer, HMS Broadsword (CA-47)

Spacer Second Class Christy:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Broadsword (CA-47), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Alex Brender, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.

The above directive is effective on this date, 14 June 2020.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Commander Brender for his service as Executive Officer of Broadsword and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
