BuShips Directive 2001-01 was issued on 1 January 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive designates HMS Invincible as flagship for Task Force 21.

My Lord,
Effective 0001 Hours, 01 January 2020, HMS Invincible (SD-455) Is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, Task Force 21. Invincible is heretofore authorized to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with three red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Maniticoran Navy.
All previous directives or orders regarding Naval Operation’s Flagship or with respect to Invincible’s Status are hereby rescinded.
