BuShips Directive 1902-01 was issued on 09 February 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive orders a change of command for HMS Black Rose.

To: CDR Mitch Dunn, QBM, RMN
From: CDRE Calabasas, GCE, KR, RMN, Deputy Third Space Lord
Re: Change of Command, HMS Black Rose (BC-520) (BuShips Directive 1902-01)

Commander Dunn:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Black Rose (BC-520), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving CAPTSG Dale Imbleau, OG, ME, GS, QBM, CBM, RMN, in service to the Queen. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.

The above directive is effective on this date, 9 February 2019.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to CAPTSG Imbleau for their service as the Commanding Officer of Black Rose.
