BuShips Directive 1811-01 was issued 4 November 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This order changes command of HMS Unconquered (CL-16).

Milady:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Unconquered (CL-16), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Annual Commanding Officer, relieving VADM Sir John Neitz, KCR, MC, SC, OG, DSO, GS, RMN, Earl of Westmarch, in service to the Crown, no later than 4 November 2018. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank Vice Admiral Westmarch for his unswerving dedication as Commanding Officer of Unconquered.
