BuShips Directive 1810-02 was issued 28 October 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This order changes command of HMS Insurmountable (SD-465).

Commander Kissam:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Insurmountable (SD-465), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
Additionally, you are further directed to make the following appointments to your command staff:
• PO1 David Breland, RMN (RMN-3834-16) is appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and breveted to COMMANDER, RMN.
