BuShips Directive 1805-04 was issued 16 May 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions the HMS Borzoi (DD-438).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 16 May, 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Borzoi (DD-438), This is a Wolfhound class Destroyer and is assigned to Second Fleet (River Falls, Wisconsin, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Borsoi (DD-438):
- LTSG Jesse Aerlyn-Crook (assigned as CO, HMS Borsoi)
- PO2 Karl Krueger (assigned as XO, HMS Borsoi)
- CPO S. Lea Buchan (assigned as Bosun, HMS Borsoi)
- PO2 Ron Loge
- S2C Karen La Nell Helver
- S3C Wesley H.M. Ziebell
The following brevets are hereby authorized:
- Jesse Aerlyn-Crook to LIEUTENANT COMMANDER, RMN
- Karl Krueger to LIEUTENANT (SG), RMN
Subsequent to this commissioning, HMLAC Sgian Dubh (LAC-012) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
