BuShips Directive 1711-02 was issued 04 November 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive designates the flagship of the Bureau of Personnel.

Retroactive to 02 January 2017, HMS Sabrepike (CA-417) is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, the Bureau of Personnel. Sabrepike is further directed to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with three red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Any previous directives or orders regarding Sabrepike's status as flagship is hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
