You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Grendelsbane (SD-403), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service of the Crown, relieving Commodore Matthew Parker, SC, CGM, ME, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Additionally, the Personnel listed below are appointed under your command in the related capacities:
- LCDR Michael Burgess (RMN-3092-15) is assigned as Executive Officer, and is brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
