BuShips Directive 1612-02 was issued 5 December 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive relieves command triads.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve the following persons from their command positions as listed:
FOURTH FLEET
Elizabeth Cant, CO, GNS Albion (DD-42)
I also hereby direct that the following members be reduced in rank as shown below:
FOURTH FLEET
Elizabeth Cant to Lieutenant, senior grade
In addition, I do hereby direct the following vessels and their remaining command triads to complete a change of command naming new members of the Command Triads within thirty (30) days) as shown below. All new members of the Command Triads must be fully tested to the rank they will be assuming as part of the position:
FOURTH FLEET
GNS Albion (DD-42): Commanding Officer
Failure to comply with this directive will result in the ships so named, above, being decommissioned without further notice.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 5-DEC-16
