As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Galahad, DD-478 and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to the HMS Demon, CLAC-62.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-OCT-16
