Admiral Zecca:
By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:
- PO3 Richard Clark, GSN, is hereby appointed as Ship's Bosun, relieving CPO Frank Parker, GSN. He is further brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, GSN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to pass its thanks and appreciation to CPO Parker for his service as Bosun of GNS Nathan.
Furthermore, the following personnel are hereby reduced in rank according to BuShips policy for training qualifications:
- CPO Frank Parker is reduced to his permanent grade of SPACER THIRD CLASS, GSN.
