BuShips Directive 1510-04 was issued on 13 October 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Helen.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 13, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Helen (BC-570). This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Hillsboro, OR.
The new Command Staff for HMS Helen is:
- Captain, j.g. Duane Kietzman is assigned as Commanding Officer
- Commander Elizabeth Davis is assigned as Executive Officer
The Bosun and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Duane Kietzman to Captain, junior grade
- Elizabeth Davis to Commander
